Organization and Readiness Services
Pathfinder Readiness LLC provides administrative records organization, document structuring, indexing, searchable folder development, and client-controlled records accessibility.
Evaluation Fee: $25.00
Required before the initial document collection and scope review begins. If the client signs and pays for Tier 1 or Tier 2, the $25.00 Evaluation Fee is credited toward the approved tier invoice.
Readiness Package Pricing
Tier 1 Organization and Readiness Package: $1,125.00
Estimated timeline: 2–3 weeks after full payment, required client participation, and receipt of requested records.
Tier 2 Organization and Readiness Package: $1,825.00
Estimated timeline: 4–8 weeks after full payment, required client participation, and receipt of requested records.
Final tier placement is confirmed after evaluation and documented through a written invoice or agreement. Full payment is required before active records intake, scanning coordination, document organization, indexing, or final deliverable development begins.

Clients remain responsible for all decisions, submissions, communications, appointments, provider contact, agency contact, and use of their records.
Peer Support Services
Pathfinder Readiness LLC provides non-clinical Peer Support Services for clients who want structured support, practical encouragement, wellness planning, and goal-focused follow-through.
Peer Support is based on lived experience, respectful client engagement, and practical support. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, or clinical services.
Peer Support Pricing
Peer Support and Wellness Planning: $180.00
Designed for an initial peer support session focused on wellness planning, personal goals, practical next steps, and client engagement.
Peer Support Four-Session Block: $360.00
Designed to support continued engagement, wellness planning, goal review, accountability, and practical follow-through over four sessions.
Payment is required before Peer Support services begin.

Peer Support Services are non-clinical and voluntary.
Pathfinder Readiness LLC does not provide therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, diagnosis, clinical assessment, legal advice, VA claims preparation, VA claims strategy, or representation before the VA or any other agency.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, appointments, communications, healthcare choices, crisis support needs, and use of any personal-use materials.

Consulting services are intended to assist with planning, process review, administrative organization, workflow structure, document readiness, and project support within the agreed scope.
Consulting Pricing
Consulting and Contract Services: $125.00
Consulting services begin with a defined scope, agreed service purpose, and approved payment before work begins.
Pricing may vary if the request requires additional time, expanded scope, project-specific deliverables, or a separate written agreement.
